The past 24 hours have been quite the adventure...it all started when Melissa and I tried to go to bed at 8:30..BIG mistake, going to bed early always backfires. Ahyhoo Mel took some NyQuil cause she wasn't feeling well so she fell asleep. And so I stayed up and watched some netflix until 11 when MEl woke up. At this point I was SO bored and craving no bake cookies to the extreme! So we decided to go make some (why we did, i don't know) but we did.
So Mel looked or a recipe
And I didn't have anything it required so we just got what we could find.
And we had some pretty good intel that there was Oatmeal in the basement so we were just gonna wing it.
We picked up Tana on the way
And turns out there is no oatmeal in the basement. So we just hung out down there for a while.. a little too long now that i think about it.
And then we came back up and I still couldn't sleep.. so I painted my nails, obviously.
And then TODAY....
Melissa and I wanted popcorn, buttered popcorn, so she decided to put movie theater butter popcorn in her air popper...BAD idea.

So what'd she do? Well she took apart the entire contraption and tried to clean it.
Meanwhile, I watched 24, cause like what else am I supposed to do while my roommate is catching our room on fire?
Once she realized cleaning it was futile, we decided that before we could throw it away we had to cut all the wires (don't ask).
But because of the 24 we pretended like we were diffusing a bomb.
And then it just ended up in the trash...sad day, I know.
But Mel still wanted her popcorn....so she tried to air pop some with a blow drier, then that started to smell like fire. so i made her stop and we went to the CANC instead.
And then we did a little skyping.
Basically it has been quite an adventurous day filled with mostly fire and terrorism...my favorite combination! I told Kenna and Tana i would take pictures of them next week so I am super duper excited for that!! Let's hope tomorrow is as exciting as today was! Gotta love college life.

Also I may or may not be going to Asia in August with my brother and sister-in-law and her little sister who I adore!! So like i guess you could say I am completely stoked for that!
